High Protein Creamy Cajun Steak & Parmesan Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Cut 1000g of Topside Beef into cubes.
  2. 2Season the beef with salt, Italian herbs, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and olive oil.
  3. 3Mix the beef until the color changes and all the seasoning is incorporated.
  4. 4Cut 900g of white potatoes into small cubes.
  5. 5Add the cubed potatoes to a baking tray.
  6. 6Add chopped red onion, broccoli, and bell pepper to the baking tray with the potatoes.
  7. 7Add the seasoning mix (Italian Herbs, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Parsley) to the vegetables.
  8. 8Add lots of parmesan cheese to the vegetables.
  9. 9Mix all the vegetables and seasoning well.
  10. 10Oven bake or air fry the vegetables for 20-24 minutes at 180°C (360°F) until golden and roasted.
  11. 11Cook the steak bites in light butter on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and seared.
  12. 12Add extra minced garlic and fresh parsley to the cooked steak bites.
  13. 13Mix the steak bites until juicy and delicious.
  14. 14Set the beef aside.
  15. 15In the same pan, add extra light butter.
  16. 16Add extra seasoning (Salt, Italian Herbs, Garlic & Onion, Paprika, Parsley) to the pan.
  17. 17Toast the seasoning for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  18. 18Add 250g of milk to the toasted seasoning.
  19. 19Add 150g of light cream cheese and 40g of grated parmesan to the pan.
  20. 20Stir the sauce until smooth and melted.
  21. 21Let the sauce thicken until rich and creamy.
  22. 22Serve the roasted potatoes with the juicy steak bites and the creamy sauce.
