Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread

Directions

  1. 1Thinly slice chicken breast (1 piece --> 2-3 pieces)
  2. 2Season chicken with 1 tsp of spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Ms Dash Garlic & Herb)
  3. 3Add oil to a cast iron skillet and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side
  4. 4Chop the cooked chicken and set aside
  5. 5In a large skillet, melt 1.25 stick of butter
  6. 6Add 1 pint of heavy cream and bring to a simmer
  7. 7Slowly add 1/4 cup of onion & chive cream cheese and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  8. 8Season with 1 tsp of pepper, garlic powder, and parsley
  9. 9Set aside the Alfredo sauce
  10. 10Slice the French bread in half lengthwise
  11. 11Spread compound butter (1 stick of softened butter, 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 0.5 tsp of parsley) on both halves of the bread
  12. 12Spread about 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bread
  13. 13Add shredded mozzarella and Gouda cheese
  14. 14Top with the cooked chicken
  15. 15Drizzle remaining Alfredo sauce over the top
  16. 16Garnish with fresh parsley
  17. 17Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly

  • 3 3 chicken breast or pack of thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 0.5 block whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 block smoked Gouda cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1.25 stick butter
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup onion & chive cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ms Dash Garlic & Herb
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 0.5 tsp parsley
