Directions

  6. 6Pour the cooking juices into a small saucepan. Whisk together the cornstarch and water, then stir into the juices.
  7. 7Simmer the sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens into a glossy glaze.
  8. 8Slice the pork loin against the grain and drizzle with the warm balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
