11Add the beef broth to the pot and bring the heat to medium-high.
12Once the meat sauce boils, add the broken lasagna noodles.

14Pour in the heavy cream.
15Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
16Add a second round of seasonings (a little less than before).
17Mix well before adding fresh parsley.
18Add fresh basil.
19Cover and simmer on low for another 5 minutes.
20Prepare the ricotta mixture by combining 2 parts ricotta, 1 part mozzarella, Parmesan, and fresh basil in a small bowl.
