Directions

  1. 1Put a little bit of oil at the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  2. 2Wash the rice.
  3. 3Put 3 cups of rice into the Instant Pot.
  4. 4Add 3 cups of water (or chicken broth) to the Instant Pot, making it a 1:1 ratio of rice to water.
  5. 5Add a little bit of salt if you're not using chicken broth or soy sauce.
  6. 6Pressure cook for 5 minutes.
  7. 7Let it release for 10 minutes after it comes up to pressure.

  • 1 little bit salt
