Slice your steak nice and thin. Flank steak is recommended.
Add cornstarch, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and ginger powder to the steak and mix it up.
Add some sesame oil to a wok.
Sear the steak in the wok until your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steak from the wok.
Add diced onions, garlic, and ginger to the wok and sauté.
Add uncooked broccoli florets to the wok.
Add your noodles of choice to the wok (spaghetti is used in the video).
Make the sauce by combining dark soy sauce (low sodium), honey, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, a cornstarch slurry (2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water), and optionally browning for color.
Pour the sauce over the noodles and broccoli in the wok.
Mix everything up in the wok to coat the noodles and broccoli with the sauce.
Toss the cooked beef back into the wok with the noodles and broccoli.
Mix the beef, noodles, and broccoli together until well combined and enjoy.
