Press cooked sushi rice into the lined pan using a spatula to flatten it.

Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel.

Cook the shrimp in a pan until pink and cooked through.

Finely chop the cooked shrimp.

Chop green onions.

Combine the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Remove the pressed rice from the pan.

Cut the rice block into smaller rectangular pieces.

Fry the rice pieces in a pan until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Cut the crispy rice pieces into smaller, bite-sized portions.

Scoop out avocado flesh.

Slice the avocado.

Thinly slice a jalape o.

Place a slice of avocado on each crispy rice piece.

Top the avocado with a generous spoonful of the spicy shrimp salad.
