Directions

  1. 1Peel and cube the russet potatoes.
  2. 2Boil the potatoes.
  3. 3Chop the onion, garlic, and carrots.
  4. 4Sauté the minced garlic, chopped onion, and chopped carrots in a pot with oil.

  6. 6Stir in the green lentils, vegetable broth, and tomato paste.
