2 Tsp Olive Oil
30 g Light Butter
2 Tsp Fresh Garlic
20 g Grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
80 g Chopped Onion
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Italian Herbs
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
300 ml Light Evaporated Milk
130 g Light Cream Cheese
40 g Parmesan
50 ml Pasta Water
520 g Cooked Pasta

Tips
Marinate the steak bites for 30 minutes before cooking for better flavor.
Cook the steak bites on medium-high heat in some butter for 2 minutes each side until golden.
Once cooked, lower the heat and add extra butter, garlic, and parmesan to the steak, mix for 1 minute until well coated, then remove.
Cook the onion and garlic on medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes until soft and translucent, then add spices and mix for a minute.
Add the milk and cream cheese on low heat, then mix until smooth. Let it bubble slightly until thick, then add the cooked pasta and mix well.
This meal prep freezes especially well and is easy to reheat. Place in a pan or microwave for 5 minutes on low with a dash of milk in the pasta.
