Sear your chicken on both sides, add chicken broth and simmer until fully cooked.
For the sauce: Melt 2 Tbsp butter, add 2 Tbsp flour and 1 Tbsp taco seasoning and mix until thick.
Once it's thick, slowly pour in 2 cups chicken broth and mix.
Let it thicken again, then add 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 cup shredded cheese and mix until smooth.
Shred the cooked chicken.
For the filling: Add your chicken, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 Tbsp taco seasoning, 2 cans green chillis and 1 cup shredded cheese into a bowl and mix using an electric mixer.
Roll up the filling in about 10 tortillas.

Pour on the cheese sauce, top with a little cheese, and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
