Add 2 pounds of ground beef to a skillet.

Break up the ground beef and start browning it.

Add 1 chopped onion to the browning ground beef.

Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.

Add 1 tablespoon of Flavor-Time Southern Seasoning.

Add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Cook for a few minutes until the onions are softened.

Add about 1.5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.

Stir in the flour and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

While stirring, add 2 cups of half and half.

Add 2 cups of chicken broth.

Add 6 ounces of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Add 4 large sliced potatoes.

Bring the mixture to a low simmer and let it simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.
