Directions

  1. 1Add 2 pounds of ground beef to a skillet.
  2. 2Break up the ground beef and start browning it.
  3. 3Add 1 chopped onion to the browning ground beef.
  4. 4Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper.
  5. 5Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
  6. 6Add 1 tablespoon of Flavor-Time Southern Seasoning.
  7. 7Add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
  8. 8Cook for a few minutes until the onions are softened.
  9. 9Add about 1.5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
  10. 10Stir in the flour and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
  11. 11While stirring, add 2 cups of half and half.
  12. 12Add 2 cups of chicken broth.
  13. 13Add 6 ounces of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  14. 14Stir everything together really well.
  15. 15Add 4 large sliced potatoes.
  16. 16Bring the mixture to a low simmer and let it simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.
  17. 17Sprinkle a little bit of green onion on top of the finished dish.
