Directions

  1. 1Melt half a stick of unsalted butter in a glass baking dish.
  2. 2Add a third of a cup of grated parmesan cheese and a tablespoon of Dano's OG seasoning.
  3. 3Mix the butter, cheese, and seasoning into a paste using a spatula.
  4. 4Spread the paste evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. 5Score the potatoes in a tic-tac-toe pattern.
  6. 6Place the scored potatoes in the baking dish on top of the paste.
  7. 7Roast the potatoes at 425 for 30-35 minutes.

  • 0.5 stick unsalted butter
  • 0.33 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dano's OG seasoning
