Slow Cooker Sticky Hoisin Chicken
Directions
- 1Coat the chicken with cornflour.
- 2Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes.
- 3Add chicken and other ingredients to the slow cooker.
- 4Mix well and cook for 2 hours on high or 3-4 hours on low.
- 5Garnish with sesame seeds, fresh coriander, and sticky rice.
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- 1 red chilli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 50 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
