Homemade ice cream sandwiches

Directions
- 1Crush chocolate cream cookies into crumbs inside a bag.
- 2Pour the crushed cookies into a bowl.
- 3Add melted butter to the cookie crumbs and mix.
- 4Pour the cookie and butter mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper.
- 5Pack down the mixture firmly in the pan.
- 6Pour heavy cream into a large bowl.
- 7Add Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk to the heavy cream.
- 8Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 9Whip the mixture with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- 10Add the reserved cookie crumbs to the whipped cream mixture.
- 11Fold the cookie crumbs into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
- 12Pour the ice cream mixture into the pan over the packed cookie base.
- 13Spread the ice cream mixture evenly.
- 14Top the ice cream layer with more cookie and butter mixture.
- 15Gently pack down the top layer of cookie crumbs.
- 16Freeze the ice cream sandwich overnight.
- 17Remove the frozen ice cream sandwich from the pan.
- 18Cut the ice cream sandwich into individual portions.
