Get a small pot and put it on medium heat.

Add half a cup of apple cider vinegar.

Add two tablespoons of soy sauce.

Add two tablespoons of water.

Add one tablespoon of brown sugar.

Add one tablespoon of molasses.

Add a fourth teaspoon of garlic, onion, and mustard powder.

Add a pinch of black pepper.

Give it a stir and bring it to a simmer.

Simmer it for four to five minutes, stirring occasionally.

Take it off the heat once it's cooled down.

Pour it into a jar.

Put a lid on it and put it in your fridge for three to four weeks.

0.5 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Molasses
0.25 teaspoon Garlic Powder
0.25 teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder
0.25 teaspoon Onion Powder
0.125 teaspoon Black Pepper

Tips
Simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
