Directions
- 1Lay the bacon slices flat in a pan.
- 2Pour the beaten eggs over the bacon in the pan.
- 3Place two slices of toast bread on top of the eggs and bacon.
- 4Flip the toast and egg mixture over in the pan.
- 5Add slices of cheddar cheese on one half of the egg-covered toast.
- 6Place fresh salad greens on top of the cheese.
- 7Add sliced tomatoes on top of the salad greens.
- 8Fold the empty half of the egg-covered toast over the ingredients.
- 9Press down on the toast with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
- 10Remove the cooked toast from the pan and place it on a cutting board.
- 11Cut the toast in half diagonally.
