Cut one kilo of pork into slices.

Cut each slice of pork in half to get smaller pieces.

Place the pieces of pork into a bowl.

Add one tablespoon of cornstarch.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Add half a teaspoon of black pepper.

Add 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Mix everything well using your hands so the pork gets evenly coated with the seasonings.

Add three tablespoons of soy sauce and stir a little more.

In a skillet with olive oil, place the pork to fry.

After a few minutes, flip the pork to brown the other side.

Remove the pork from the skillet and place it on a plate with paper towels to remove the excess olive oil.

In another pan, add a drizzle of olive oil.

Add three cloves of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of honey.

Add one teaspoon of garlic powder and one cup of water.

Mix well until everything is combined.

Add the fried pork back into the pan.

Cover and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Remove the pork from the pan and place it on a plate.

Sprinkle some sesame on top to taste.

Garnish with a few leaves of basil to taste.
