Directions

  1. 1Place 14 tiny little dinner rolls into the crockpot lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the rolls.
  3. 3Proof the rolls on "warm" for about an hour to an hour and a half, until they rise and connect.
  4. 4Drizzle more extra virgin olive oil over the risen dough.
  5. 5Take your fingers and poke holes into the dough.
  6. 6Add chopped garlic to taste, measuring with your heart.
  7. 7Add some rosemary on top.
  8. 8Add some thyme on top.
  9. 9Add some oregano on top.
  10. 10Sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes over the dough.
  11. 11Cook on "high" for about an hour and a half.
  12. 12Unplug the crockpot and let the focaccia sit covered for 30 minutes.
  13. 13Remove the focaccia from the crockpot.
  14. 14Cut the focaccia into individual pieces.
  15. 15Serve the focaccia with olive oil for dipping.
