Directions

  3. 3Add the nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
  4. 4Stir in the protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and rolled oats.
  5. 5Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms and fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or raisins.
  6. 6Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form small rounds.
  7. 7Place on the baking sheet and flatten slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
  8. 8Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.
