Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Mash bananas and mix all ingredients in a bowl or blend.
  3. 3Pour batter into greased silicone donut molds or muffin tin.
  4. 4Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. 5Let cool and top with peanut butter and sprinkles if desired.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe banana
  • 2 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • peanut butter (optional)
  • sprinkles (optional)

Tips

  • You can use honey instead of maple syrup.
  • You can blend oats to make your own oat flour.
  • You can make these as muffins if you do not have a donut mold.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for later.
