Directions
- 1In a bowl, add yellow cake mix, sour cream, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup vegetable oil, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Mix well.
- 2Add 1 cup of mashed sweet potato and 3-4 drops of orange food coloring. Mix again.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, and finely grated pecans.
- 4In a 9x13 inch baking pan, add half of the batter, followed by the cinnamon mixture, then the remaining batter. Swirl to combine.
- 5Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- 6Once out of the oven, add the glaze.
