Crunchy Tuna Yogurt Bowl

Directions
- 1Stick the potatoes in to boil.
- 2Cut the cucumber in small squares.
- 3Cut the onion in small squares.
- 4Cut the parsley small.
- 5Crush the potatoes until very soft.
- 6Put a paper for the oven.
- 7Add a chin of oil and salt to the crushed potatoes.
- 8Put them in the oven, which has already been preheated.
- 9Put yogurt on the plate.
- 10Add lemon, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the yogurt.
- 11Add all the cut ingredients to the yogurt mixture.
- 12Add tuna to the bowl.
