Directions

  1. 1Add brown sugar, black pepper, and chilli powder to a bowl.
  2. 2Mix the ingredients together.
  3. 3Sprinkle the mixture over streaky bacon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Place the tray in the oven at 135 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
  5. 5Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer it to a cooling rack.
  6. 6Allow the bacon to cool for 15 minutes.
