Brown the venison in olive oil and stir in the seasonings.

Add the onion, celery, and peppers. Cook.

Stir in tomato paste, then the flour. Cook.

Slowly whisk in the beef broth, then add Worcestershire. Bring to a simmer.

Add the spaghetti, cover, and cook, stirring every couple of minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground venison
1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 whole onion, diced
1 large green bell pepper, diced
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 whole celery stalk, diced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb thin spaghetti
to taste parsley, chopped (optional)
