1Season chicken thighs with garlic pepper seasoning, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and olive oil then mix.
2Melt butter in a pan and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side.
3Add minced garlic to the pan, deglaze with chicken broth, add cream of chicken with herbs and heavy cream, stir and then mix in freshly grated cheddar cheese and boursin cheese.
4Stir in sour cream and season with garlic powder and paprika.
5Chop the cooked chicken and broccoli into pieces.
6In a bowl, combine cooked rice, chopped broccoli, chopped chicken, and the cheese sauce.
7Layer half the mixture in a baking dish, top with grated cheddar cheese, add the second half of the mixture, smooth the top and add more grated cheddar cheese.
8Bake in the oven at 375 degrees.
