Add 4 cups of beans and 10 cups of water to the slow cooker.

Add 4 tablespoons of Arnie's Asada Charro Bean Seasoning.

After approximately 45 minutes of cooking, cube the salt pork into small pieces.

Cut the bacon in half lengthwise, then crossways into small pieces.

Cut the wieners into small pieces.

Remove the casing from the chorizo.

Add all the prepared meat (salt pork, bacon, wieners, chorizo) into the beans.

After cooking the charro beans for two and a half hours, add one small white onion, two Roma tomatoes, and two jalapenos to the slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and cook for another 45 minutes until the charro beans are done.

For frijoles puercos, make a large batch of charro beans and let them cool off overnight.

The next day, reheat the charro beans.

Add approximately 6 ounces of additional chorizo to the beans.

Add the charro beans from the crock pot into the frijoles puercos mixture.

Add 3 full ounces of jalapenos and three chipotle peppers.

Use an immersion blender to emulsify the jalapenos and chipotle peppers into the beans.
