Directions

  1. 1Slice the chicken breasts.
  2. 2Season chicken with salt, paprika and mixed herbs.
  3. 3Coat the chicken in flour.
  4. 4Mince garlic and chop parsley.
  5. 5Fry the chicken in butter and oil.
  6. 6Add butter, garlic, chicken stock and cream to the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7Return the chicken to the pan and simmer until cooked through.
  8. 8Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
  9. 9Garnish with parsley and lemon juice.
