Taco Potatoes

Directions
- 1Pierce the washed potatoes with a knife, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake.
- 2Cook the ground beef in a pan until finished, drain the grease, and add the taco seasoning packet.
- 3Slice the baked potatoes open, add butter and sour cream, and mix the potato flesh.
- 4Top the potatoes with the cooked taco meat and shredded cheese.
- 5Bake in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted, using the broiler for a golden finish.

- 4 whole russet potato
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded chihuahua cheese
