Directions

  1. 1Use fresh parsley, 85/15 ground beef, Locatelli Pecorino Romano grated cheese, flavored breadcrumbs, granulated onion powder, and granulated garlic powder.
  2. 2Wet your palms with warm water every third meatball while rolling them to keep them soft, succulent, and tender.
  3. 3Drop the meatballs into a hot bubbling sauce (do not fry or bake them).
  4. 4Cook the meatballs in the sauce at a temperature of 160 for two hours, nice low and slow.
