Directions
- 1Mix together all the ingredients for the cake in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2Make the cinnamon swirl with butter, light brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 3Pour half the cake batter into a large mug.
- 4Swirl half the cinnamon mix.
- 5Pour the rest of the batter on top.
- 6Smooth it out.
- 7Pipe on the rest of the cinnamon mix.
- 8Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- 9Sprinkle this all over the cake.
- 10Microwave on medium (400W) for 1 minute and 20 seconds or until there's no wet batter left.
