Beef Tapa

Directions

  1. 1Cut the beef sukiyaki into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Transfer the cut beef to a large bowl.
  3. 3Add minced garlic to the beef.
  4. 4Add sugar to the beef and garlic mixture.
  5. 5Sprinkle black pepper into the mixture.
  6. 6Add salt to the mixture.
  7. 7Pour oyster sauce over the ingredients.
  8. 8Add soy sauce to the mixture.
  9. 9Pour liquid seasoning into the bowl.
  10. 10Add calamansi juice to the mixture.
  11. 11Pour Sprite into the mixture.
  12. 12Mix all the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined.
  13. 13Portion the marinated beef into vacuum-sealable plastic bags.
  14. 14Seal the plastic bags using a vacuum sealer.
  15. 15To cook, add a small amount of oil to a pan and fry the beef tapa until cooked through.
