Cut the beef sukiyaki into smaller, bite-sized pieces.

Transfer the cut beef to a large bowl.

Add minced garlic to the beef.

Add sugar to the beef and garlic mixture.

Sprinkle black pepper into the mixture.

Add salt to the mixture.

Pour oyster sauce over the ingredients.

Add soy sauce to the mixture.

Pour liquid seasoning into the bowl.

Add calamansi juice to the mixture.

Pour Sprite into the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined.

Portion the marinated beef into vacuum-sealable plastic bags.

Seal the plastic bags using a vacuum sealer.

To cook, add a small amount of oil to a pan and fry the beef tapa until cooked through.
