Ground beef bowl

Directions

  1. 1Turn your skillet to medium high heat and add 1 pound of lean ground beef.
  2. 2Line a sheet with foil and add bacon.
  3. 3Pop this in the oven at 400 for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. 4Keep browning ground beef.
  5. 5Make a well and add minced garlic, let that cook for about a minute, then season with salt, onion powder and paprika.
  6. 6Stir the ground beef and transfer this into single serve dish or small casserole.
  7. 7Add 1 cup of cottage cheese.
  8. 8Crack 4 eggs for 4 servings.
  9. 9Whip those up and then add them in the casserole, then stir this all together.
  10. 10Top with 1 cup of reduced fat cheese.
  11. 11Take bacon out and set it on a paper towel lined plate and pat it dry.
  12. 12Cut it up really small or you could totally skip that step and use bacon bits, then add that to the top of the casserole dish.
  13. 13Put this one in at 400 for 40 minutes.
