Hot honey rub chicken tenders

Directions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the chicken tenders with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and egg.
- 2Mix until evenly coated.
- 3Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- 4In a separate bowl, whisk together all dry coating ingredients until well combined.
- 5Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, pressing lightly so the coating adheres.
- 6Shake off any excess.
- 7Heat oil to 170–175°C (340–350°F).
- 8Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- 9Transfer to a wire rack and let rest briefly.
- 10Melt the butter over low heat.
- 11Add the hot sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper, stirring until fully combined.
- 12Remove from heat and keep warm.
- 13Place the hot chicken in a large mixing bowl.
- 14Drizzle with the warm hot honey sauce and toss quickly to coat.
- 15Sprinkle lightly with the hot honey rub and toss once or twice.
- 16Serve immediately.
