  1. 1Start by pouring 1 cup of warm milk (110 degrees Fahrenheit) into a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add 1 packet or 2.25 teaspoons of yeast to the warm milk.
  3. 3Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes until it looks nice and foamy.
  4. 4Add 1/3 of a cup of melted and cooled salted butter into the mixture.
  5. 5Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the bowl.
  6. 6Crack and add 2 room temperature eggs to the mixture.
  7. 7Break up the eggs in the bowl using a whisk.
  8. 8Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.
  9. 9Add 4 cups of bread flour, making sure to scoop it around and fluff it up before scooping to avoid packing.
  10. 10Cover the bowl with a towel and let the mixture sit for another 5 minutes to soak up all the liquid.
  11. 11Attach the dough hook to your mixer and knead the dough on low for about 5 minutes until it's really stretchy and soft.
  12. 12Spray the bowl with some oil and toss your dough in.
  13. 13Cover it with a towel and let it rise until it doubles in size.
  14. 14While the dough rises, prepare the filling.
  15. 15Take 1/2 cup of softened butter, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, and 1 cup of packed brown sugar.
  16. 16Mix the filling ingredients until they are all combined and cohesive.
  17. 17Once the dough has risen, lightly dust your surface with some flour.
  18. 18Roll the dough out into a pretty large rectangle.
  19. 19Take the filling and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough.
  20. 20Start rolling the dough up into a really tight log.
  21. 21Take a sharp knife and cut the log into 12 rolls.
  22. 22Take your softened butter wrapper from earlier and butter a 9x13 dish.
  23. 23Set the rolls swirl side up into your prepared pan.
  24. 24Cover the pan again with a paper towel and let it rise while the oven preheats to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  25. 25Once the oven is preheated, pour 1/2 cup of heavy cream over the rolls.
  26. 26Bake the rolls in the oven for 25 minutes.
  27. 27While the rolls are baking, prepare the frosting.
  28. 28In a mixing bowl, combine 1 stick of softened butter and 1 brick of softened cream cheese.
  29. 29Beat the butter and cream cheese until they are combined.
  30. 30Add 1/2 teaspoon of maple extract and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the frosting mixture.
  31. 31Add about 2 cups of powdered sugar and mix it until it is combined.
  32. 32Once the cinnamon rolls have cooled for a little bit, spread the frosting on top.
  33. 33Enjoy your copycat Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.
