1Cook spaghetti in boiling salt water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain pasta, and set aside.
2In a separate pan, turn to medium heat. Add in whole container of caramelized onion dip with 1/2 cup reserved pasta water.
3Add chili crunch oil into pan and mix well. Continue mixing and add Parmesan if desired. Add in more pasta water followed by your cooked pasta.
4Toss pasta with sauce to coat evenly. Taste sauce and adjust accordingly. Turn heat to low. If sauce gets too thick, add more pasta water. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
5Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
6Cook steak with ghee on pan to desired doneness and place on cutting board to rest then cut your steak.
7Serve plate with pasta, garnish with more chili oil, chopped parsley & Parmesan (optional), add your steak to the plate & enjoy!!!
