Cowboy Butter Steak Bites with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Caramelized Onions

Directions
- 1Melt butter in a stainless steel pan on low heat.
- 2Add all listed ingredients (Paprika, Cayenne, Chilli flakes, crushed Garlic, Dijon Mustard, chopped Chives, chopped parsley, Lemon zest and juice, Salt, Black pepper) and whisk well to combine.
- 3Remove from heat and set aside at room temperature until ready to serve.
- 4Slice ribeye into large bite-sized pieces.
- 5Season steak heavily with salt and pepper.
- 6Sear the seasoned steak on all sides in a stainless steel pan.
- 7Remove the meat from the pan.
- 8Coat the seared steak with your cowboy butter.
- 9Serve with mashed potatoes and caramelized or fried onions.
