1Finely dice some red onion and one jalape
tomato. Feel free to remove the seeds and stems if you don't want it spicy.
2Chop some cilantro.
3Take some ground chicken and add yogurt, garlic, ginger, the jalape
tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and all your spices.
4Give that a good mix and then set it aside.
5To a blender or food processor add some cilantro, jalape
tomatoes, yogurt, mayo, some green onions, lime juice, and a bit of salt and pepper for the optional cilantro chutney.
6Give that a whirl and the cilantro sauce is ready.
7Get your bread, cut it in half and open them up like pockets.
8Stuff the bread pockets with the meat filling.
9Cut those halves in half.
10Get a pan nice and hot, add some ghee, butter or oil.
11Sear them all around on each side until beautifully golden and fully cooked through in the center.
12Enjoy them while they're warm.
