Directions

- 5Add the sauce to the cooked chopped meat.
- 6Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on the biscuit dough and bake them.
- 7Cook the penne pasta according to package directions.
- 8Drain the cooked pasta.
- 9Combine the cooked pasta and the meat sauce.
- 10Serve the pasta and biscuits. Add grated parmesan cheese on top.
