1Start by generously seasoning some chicken chest with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, thyme, oregano, and dried basil.
2Finally dice a large shallot (onion) and crush and roughly chop some garlic.
3Add a generous amount of olive oil to a large saucepan, then carefully lay in your seasoned chicken.
4Cook chicken until fully cooked, then remove it and either chop it or shred it.
5In with a little more olive oil and our garlic and shallots.
6Squeeze in a little bit of tomato paste and add in a little bit of sun-dried tomatoes.
7Add a whole lot of chicken stock and simmer for about 15 minutes.
8Go ahead and add in your heavy cream (or yogurt) and a good amount of cheese from your Parmigiano (Parmesan).
9Stir and simmer for a further 20 minutes.
10Add in cold butter, your cooked chicken, gnocchi, and a handful of spinach.
