Directions
- 1Cook the bacon in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper for about 25 minutes.
- 2Cook a pack of Texas toast, following the directions on the box.
- 3Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 4Add chicken to a hot skillet with some olive oil.
- 5Season the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder, paprika.
- 6Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 7Once the Texas Toast is cooked, use a spoon to press down the center of each slice to create a small well.
- 8Fill the Texas Toast with the cooked chicken.
- 9Drizzle Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
- 10Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 11Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
- 12Pop the Texas Toast back into the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
- 13Garnish with dried parsley.
