Holiday Butter
Directions
- 1Pour 500ml of double cream into a jar.
- 2Insert the butter churn into the jar.
- 3Churn the cream until butter forms.
- 4Place the butter in a bowl with ice water to cool and remove excess liquid.
- 5Add 1 tsp of sea salt to the butter.
- 6Shape the butter into a cylinder.
- 7Wrap the butter in parchment paper and tie with a string.
