Crispy Baked Chicken Tacos (Easy Ground Chicken Recipe)

Directions

  1. 1Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Add the ground chicken and break it apart with a spatula.
  3. 3Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Cook the chicken for about 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is fully cooked and lightly golden.
  5. 5Set the cooked chicken aside.
  6. 6In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  7. 7Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the pan.
  8. 8Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper.
  9. 9Cook the vegetables for about 5–6 minutes until they are softened and slightly caramelized.
  10. 10Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  11. 11Place the tortillas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  12. 12On one half of each tortilla, sprinkle a little shredded cheese.
  13. 13Add some cooked chicken on top of the cheese.

Tips
