Directions

  1. 1In una ciotola mescola 2 albumi, eritritolo e zucchero.
  2. 2Aggiungi 50 g di amido di mais e continua a mescolare.
  3. 3Versa 500 ml di latte tiepido e aggiungi l’estratto di vaniglia.
  4. 4Porta il composto sul fuoco, mescolando finché la crema inizia ad addensarsi.
  5. 5Versa tutto in un contenitore (meglio se di vetro) e lascia rassodare in frigo per 1-2 ore.
  6. 6Quando sarà diventata solida, tagliala a quadratini.
  7. 7Spennella sopra con un tuorlo per la doratura.
  8. 8Cuoci in friggitrice ad aria a 180° per circa 18 minuti.
