Directions
- 1In a bowl, combine softened butter, flour, vanilla pudding mix, sugar, lemon extract and yellow food coloring.

- 3In another bowl combine softened butter, flour, sugar and strawberry jello powder.
- 4Mix until a dough forms.
- 5Combine both mixtures on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and flatten evenly.
- 6Bake in a preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, until puffed up but not golden brown.
- 7Let cool for 45 minutes.
- 8Crumble by hand or with a food processor.
