Directions

1In a bowl, combine softened butter, flour, vanilla pudding mix, sugar, lemon extract and yellow food coloring.
2Mix until a dough forms.
3In another bowl combine softened butter, flour, sugar and strawberry jello powder.
4Mix until a dough forms.
5Combine both mixtures on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and flatten evenly.
6Bake in a preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, until puffed up but not golden brown.
