Thanksgiving Tacos
Directions
- 1Make your favorite mashed potatoes, mix in flour and shredded cheese.
- 2Spread into circles on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
- 3While they bake, cook your stuffing mixture in a pan with butter.
- 4Shape the potato shells into tacos using a muffin tin and taco holders.
- 5Fill them with turkey and stuffing.
- 6Serve with a side of gravy for dipping.
