Chicken Cobbler

Directions

  1. 1Melt one stick of butter in a 9x13 dish.
  2. 2Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the melted butter in the dish.
  3. 3Add one bag of frozen vegetables (peas and carrots) to the dish.
  4. 4Season the chicken and vegetables with Kinder's Roast Chicken seasoning and pepper.
  5. 5In a separate measuring cup, add two cups of milk and one box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix.
  6. 6Add the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix to the milk and biscuit mix, then whisk it all together.
  7. 7Pour the biscuit mix mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the dish, without mixing it.
  8. 8In the same measuring cup, add two cups of chicken stock or broth and one can of cream of chicken soup, then whisk it all together.
  9. 9Pour the chicken stock and soup mixture over everything in the dish, without mixing it.
  10. 10Bake the dish in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for about an hour to an hour and 10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  11. 11Let the chicken cobbler sit for about 10 to 15 minutes after taking it out of the oven before serving.

Tips

  • You can season the chicken cobbler however you want, as the rotisserie chicken is already seasoned. If you don't like peas and carrots, use whatever vegetables you prefer.
  • You can use cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup instead of cream of chicken soup.
  • Do not mix the layers; let them go where they want to go.
