Directions
- 1Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- 2Add salt to the boiling water.
- 3Add fettuccine to the boiling water.
- 4Cook fettuccine until al dente.
- 5In a large bowl, soften butter.
- 6Cut the heat. Add the fettuccine to the butter.
- 7Toss to coat.
- 8Add parmesan cheese and toss.
- 9Add pasta water and toss.
- 10Toss vigorously.
- 11Season with salt to taste.
- 12Serve and add extra cheese on top.
