Sweet and Savory Turkey Sandwich
Directions
- 1Drizzle olive oil on two slices of sourdough bread.
- 2Spread apricot preserves on one side of each bread slice.
- 3Spread mayonnaise on the other side of each bread slice.
- 4Top one bread slice with shredded boar's head turkey.
- 5Add a pinch of black pepper to the turkey.
- 6Place cheese slices on top of the turkey.
- 7Top with the other bread slice and grill until golden brown.
- 8Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
