Directions

  1. 1Add chicken with bones to a pot of water.
  2. 2Add 6-7 cloves of garlic to the pot.
  3. 3Add one onion to the pot.
  4. 4Add 2 tsp salt to the pot.
  5. 5Add 2 tsp black pepper to the pot.
  6. 6Remove onion, garlic and chicken from the pot.
  7. 7Add blended corns to the soup.
  8. 8Add boiled corns to the soup.
  9. 9Add shredded carrot to the soup.
  10. 10Mix the ingredients well.
  11. 11Add 2 tbsp cornflour to the soup.
  12. 12Add one whole egg to the soup.
  13. 13Stir the soup well.
  14. 14Serve the chicken corn soup.

  • Chicken with bones
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Blended corns
  • Boiled corns
  • Shredded carrot
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 whole egg
