Add a generous amount of oil to your pressure cooker and heat it to 400 deep brown.

Shallow fry a chuck roast for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Pour off the oil, wipe out the pressure cooker.

Add about half an inch of water to cover the bottom and add the meat.

Pressure cook for 70 minutes.

Season with a generous amount of A1 sauce, a package of ranch powder, and some black pepper.

Then add onions, potatoes, and carrots, and then the meat that you you ve cleaned of gristle.

Pressure cook for another 10 minutes.

Then quickly depressurize it.

Add some celery and just cover for 5 minutes to let it soften.

Then finish with plenty of fresh chopped parsley and enjoy the best pot roast you you ve ever had.
Ingredients
4 lbs beef chuck roast
2 yellow onions, quartered
6 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 large carrots, peeled and oblique cut to same size as potatoes
3 celery stalks, chopped into 1/2in / 1 cm pieces
1 Bunch parsley, rough chopped
0.33 cup A1 Sauce
1 package Ranch dressing powder
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking oil, as needed

Don you t forget to let loose with the oil.
Rapidly depressurize to prevent the vegetables from overcooking.
